There are a lot of ways we could sum up @femalecollective, but according to founder Candace Reels, political activist and writer Emma Goldman put it best: "If I can't dance, I don't want to be a part of your revolution."
Candace's feed focuses on all things empowering and inspiring for women, but she also keeps it funny — "We need as much laughter in our lives as possible," the 27-year-old Los Angeles native says. At a time when current events have a tendency to get so many of us down, @femalecollective provides a welcome dose of hope. After all, the purpose is "to celebrate, uplift, empower, and support all women," Candace says.
