It's almost the weekend! Treat yourself by making these mouth watering #burgers! Recipe below:
Ingredients

Small yellow onion 1
Large Portobello mushroom 1
olive oil 1 tbsp
Cilantro 1 /4 cup
90% lean ground beef 1 lb
Lee Kum Kee Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp
Whole-wheat hamburger buns 4
Lettuce leaves 4
Tomato slices 4
Nonstick cooking spray
Sauces

Lee Kum Kee Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp
Directions
1. Chop onions and mushroom into a quarter-inch dice. 
2. Heat olive oil in a medium-size skillet over medium heat. When oil is shimmering add onions and cook until translucent, about 4 minutes. Add the mushroom and stir to incorporate. Cook until mushroom begins to soften, an additional 2 minutes.
