In the spirit of love ❤️ I'm writing to ask that you join the #ModelMafia and me in supporting the young riders who caretake the Horse Nation of Resistance at Standing Rock. We're supporting the young riders (all under 22 and graduated from high school) who caretaker the horse nation of resistance, who have been at Standing Rock for 5 months. Starting this Wednesday they will be traveling to 9 reservations on horse back to offer the horses as a way to heal from trauma. Horses heal in many ways and these young riders have found a very strong connection with them and want to offer it to youth statewide. Topics of discussion are: suicide, domestic violence, sexual assault, teen dating violence and bullying. Offering outlet to heal and chance to join in the society the young riders have created.
