Ultra-distance cyclist @omardifelice reached his goal and arrived in Nordkapp, the northern most point of mainland Europe, last night after starting from Suunto HQ in the south of Finland last week.
“Last October, when I finished my #epicclimbs adventure on top of the Stelvio Pass I was really excited, but I also had fear for my physical conditions. Fear that I wouldn't be able to ride so long distances anymore,” Omar says.
“I spent my autumn trying to have the best feeling. I trained hard, across mountains, on ice and in snow. I've ridden every day enjoying like it was the last day of my life on a bike. I crossed Alps, Appennini, Simbruini and Valtellina area. I put my body on the road without considering weather conditions: snow, ice, cold, rain. I've done everything to realize a dream.”
