On the subject of the #5veggetablesaday challenge someone asked me - "How do you get past the taste? This is a legit question. I love certain vegetables and could eat them all day. Others I just cover in ranch dressing which is unhealthy. There are also a few vegetables I just can't stand. How do I get over it? Will I ever *like* them?"

Ok I'll share with you, my least favorite veggie is radish. It's just awful and I avoid it, every now and then I'll shred it on a salad and let it get lost in there. But I definitely believe healthy eating becomes more crave-able the more you eat healthy and feel good! I'm the queen of flavor > HEALTHY & often homemade dips, sauces, spices, nut butters, more dips, etc help keep things fun and delicious! I encourage you to explore and create healthy yummy flavorful "veggified" foods that will keep you coming back! This one is a local herbed goat cheese to dip my veggies in!  I also love pesto, chipotle almond dip, pesto, nut cheese dips, herby dressings to go along with the veggies! #5vegetablesaday
