今月はバレンタインデーが控えていますね。地主神社は縁結びの神様を祀る神社として若い女性やカップルに人気のスポットです。清水寺の一部という形で世界遺産にも指定されており、「恋占いの石」と呼ばれる境内の石は縄文時代からの遺物とのことです。一対の石の間を目をつぶって反対側までたどり着くことが出来れば恋がかなうといわれています。

St.Varentains day is coming on this month. Jishu shrine is famous with young ladies and couples as god of marriage. The shrine is dasignated World Heritage Site as a part of Kiyomizu temple. In princicts of shrine, there is a stone from Jomon era which is called "Stone of love fortune" and it is said that if you can walk throw between a pair of the stone with closing eyes, your love will be fulfilled.
