We'll be featuring adoption stories all week! First l, Bowie from Nancy: "This is Bowie, a half Chihuahua, half unknown. Our vet thinks he has German Shepherd in him somehow! My husband and I adopted him from a shelter in Austin TX. He was found on the street as a new born puppy along with 2 of his siblings. His adopted name was Blue, but we decided he had way more personality than that- so we renamed him after David Bowie (one of our favorite icons…RIP!) He is now 2 years old and extremely spoiled."
