Two-toed sloths are primarily nocturnal, but recently Howie has been out-and-about in the Amazonia exhibit during the day! Sloths can sleep for 15 hours a day. They spend most of their time hanging upside down from tree branches. They come down from trees to defecate, to find food, or to move to a new tree. #WeSaveSpecies
