One of my absolute favorite exercises!??

Smith machine stiff leg dead lifts! These things are killer. I did a close stance using a step because I'm shorter and it gives me a better range of motion and stretch. -

I really focus on mind muscle connection when I perform Glute/ Hamstring exercises. I used 25 pound plates. 6 sets for 15 reps or until failure.
