Today's leg day was brutal!? I couldn't vlog for YouTube because my camera died! Amateur vlogger lol!?

This exercise is called a smith machine box squat but instead of the box I used a bench. This exercise is amazing for the quads. You have to completely sit and stop the rep allowing the quads to engage fully every rep. For me this targeted the tear drops of my quads and I also felt my glutes and hammies burning!?

I did 6 sets for 20 reps. I kept weight at 25 plates on each side. I Focused on reps and form more than heavy weight today. -
