I spent a week in #HAITI documenting their Amazing country for @JPHRO which is one of the most amazing organizations that is doing so much great work. I've been a UN Global Advocate for years and traveled to many countries and it never ceases to amaze me how beautiful the human spirit is. Earthquakes and Hurricanes back to back is enough to make most throw in the towel but not Haitians. They have gone about picking up the pieces and rebuilding their country one handful at a time, but with a smile on their face. I am filled with so much gratitude for the opportunity to see and meet these people and for the life I have. If your looking for a trip to take, put #Haiti on your list to visit.
