This isn’t a regular painting. Instead of using canvas, @alexameadeart paints directly on her subject. Here her model is submersed in milk, which caused an unpredictable blend of colors, smudges and murkiness. Frequent repositioning was the key to ensuring that every bit of exposed skin remained covered in paint. “It’s not unforeseeable that you can find the strange in the familiar, as long as you're willing to look beyond what's already been brought to light,” Alexa says. “There can be more there than meets the eye.” Watch our Instagram story to see more of Alexa’s breathtaking work!
