恋人たちに贈るクリスマス限定ペアモデル「LOVER'S COLLECTION」から、発売20週年を記念した2016年モデルが登場しています。ベースモデルは初代モデル「LOV96-2」のデザインをカスタマイズしたDW-6900とBG-1005。さらに初代モデルと同様にバンドはマジックテープで留めるクロスバンドを採用しています。

G-SHOCK and BABY-G special sets for the LOVER'S COLLECTION 20th Anniversary. The base model is the original "LOV96-2", changed to a form based on the current DW-6900 and BG-1005 models. As with the original model, the cloth band is secured using fastening tape.
