In celebration of the holiday season, we sat down with our employees and asked them about giving and receiving beauty products. This is what they shared:
"I have a six-year-old and an eight-year-old. They’re starting to wonder, ‘Where do you work?’ ‘What do you do?’ And they’re starting to want to put on makeup and play with it. Right now, I’m trying to teach them about washing your face, putting lotion on, and if you’re going outside and playing, you have to put on your sunscreen.
They love putting on their lip gloss, and they love putting on perfume. I let them try Marc Jacobs Daisy. I guess it makes them feel like they’re older. And that’s what I’m a little bit scared about, because I’m like, ‘Okay, [perfume and] makeup are for when you’re a little bit older,’ and I don’t want them to grow up too fast. I want them to enjoy their age now.”
