Early this week I built a new #cameraTrap system to photograph some big cats in the #Boulder area with the hopes of channeling my inner @stevewinterphoto. Last night was my first attempt with the new rig and I didn't come up 100% empty handed. I managed to get a cat, but not the kind I was hoping for. This big orange tabby managed to drain my batteries by hanging out in my zone lazily, giving me quite the show. This camera is placed on my friends land and after getting a good laugh while showing it to him he said that this cat had been reported missing in the area weeks back and the silver lining is that it's adventurously alive and well.
