Quick tutorial:
Using @whatsupnails water decals.
These are super easy to use,
First we start with the base color and let dry.
Cut a piece of the decal and remove the plastic that protects it.
Place the decal in the water for 10 or 15 seconds.
Gently slide the decal from the paper and place it over the nail.
Use a small brush to remove any air bubble and adjust it to the nail.
Seal with topcoat.
