I know it's not the same pose but the pic on the left is from two years ago when I just wanted to weigh less and not have much muscle. But l didn't have any energy and felt like I had no power within myself. Over the last few years I have committed myself to build certain areas and make them stronger. The pic on the right is of me now and I feel so much better energy and confidence wise. No matter what body type you have, love it, if you have goals you want to achieve commit yourself! You can do anything you put your mind to! #transformationtuesday
