#throwbackthursday ?Throwback to vacay in Aruba since I am really sick with high fever and wishing I was on the beach and not laid up in bed. Day 3 not even leaving my house, and I had to push my work for today back to tomorrow which i never ever do. I am not superwoman no matter how hard i try to convince myself otherwise. 4 competitions back to back, then flying across the country and back for training caught up to me. The most exciting parts of my day have been getting antibiotics, being handed a milkshake (@popeimpin ?), and my article on @athlete__daily coming out today. The link is in my bio. This interview was about my nutrition, my journey of flex dieting and how i approach certain aspects of coaching it. I was very candid and open during the interview and i love how reading it i can hear myself talking (laughs...hehe) - they do a great job.
