Celebrating the talents of my dear @officialdanilohair last night for @instylemagazine. From the bodacious bouffants of the B52s to the long locks of Frozen, from the pussycat flip of Lady Miss Kier to the hair bow of Lady Gaga...from Paris runways to the White House, the divine #Danilo has not only reinvented hairstyles for the modern age, he has changed the way culture considers beauty, and by doing so, been a part of shaping identity in these last 3 decades. But beauty is not simply about a good hair day. Danilo has also made his indelible beauty mark by way of philanthropic efforts and, daily, through acts of kindness and generosity to friends and strangers alike. This is my friend's crowning glory. And for this, as much as any of his most fantastical hairdos (and there are many! Danilo is a beauty icon inside and out.
