It's hard to believe that my friend, Shimon Peres, is no longer here with us...As the former Israeli Prime Minister & President, he was a leader I admired and with whom I had the honor of working with. He was a man who worked tirelessly to advocate for a more peaceful world and dignified reconciliation with Palestine. He was an amazing man & even though there's still much to be done, the fact that Abu Mazen, the President of the Palestinian Authority attended his funeral says a lot about his life's work and the legacy he will leave. I will truly miss him.
