So moved after meeting sweet Jack today and reconnecting with his mama Kristen - an old college friend. ?? Although it's been years since I've seen Kristen, I witnessed something powerful today. She is the most loving, strong and beautiful single mother who is fighting for her son's life. Jack was diagnosed with a rare disease called Type 1 SMA. I simply want to lend my platform as an extension to Kristen's vision to help raise awareness for her son and this deadly disease.
