Day 1 of 22 || 22 push-ups for 22days. *The number 22 is significant because that is the number of Veterans that take their own lives daily due to #PTS (Post Traumatic Stress ) and various other mental illnesses brought on by combat. I read our Veterans also feel a "lack of purpose" when assimilating back to civilian life. -Suicide seems like their only option. -This breaks my heart. *It is my sincere desire to support these men and women to whom we all owe a great debt.
