In Sally Mann's latest exhibition of photographs spanning more than a decade, she records in fleeting impressions the studio and home of the late Cy Twombly, her close friend and mentor. Mann’s poetic images of time recorded testify to the fragments and deposits of Twombly’s artistic life. “Remembered Light: Cy Twombly in Lexington” opens at Gagosian 976 Madison Ave, NY this Thursday, September 22nd with a reception from 6–8pm ET.
