SENIOR SUNDAY! @susiesseniordogs wants to introduce you to Gracie: "Anyone who has experienced anxiety can relate to sweet Gracie, a 6 year old adoptable Great Dane. Sadly, because of some not-so-nice humans in Gracie's past who mistreated her, she can become nervous in new situations. But with routine, consistency, and love, Gracie has been able to find her confidence. Now she just needs to find her forever home.

Giant Dog Rescue wrote, "Gracie truly loves her people. Her mood instantly improves by being near them. Gracie needs a kind, understanding soul to enjoy her golden years together. She has had it pretty rough and her life experiences have left her with some physical and emotional bruises that we have been helping her heal from while in rescue.

Gracie is anxious in new places but the more she goes out the more comfortable she gets. She knows her walk path and gets nervous when you change it. The good news is that we weaned her off the anxiety medication and she is doing well. You could say she is a routine kind of girl.
Gracie is friendly with every dog that she meets. She is fully house-trained and crate-trained, too. Gracie has lived with children from baby to elementary-school-aged and does well with them.
