These stuffed peppers include @5280meat chorizo and Italian sausage and were seasoned with my Italian Zest and Pink Salt and Pepper blends. The zucchini noodles and meatballs offer a "pasta" experience inside of a stuffed pepper???‼️

Ingredients:
1 lb. @5280meat Chorizo Sausage
1 lb. @5280meat Italian Sausage
@Flavorgod Seasonings Italian Zest & Himalayan Pink Salt & Pink Peppercorn
2T ghee butter
1 zucchini spiralized
4 bell peppers
1 cup marinara sauce
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Meatballs: Form small-medium meatballs with part chorizo, part Italian, season with Italian Zest and grill on aluminum foil, turning every few minutes until golden brown.
Zoodles: In a hot skillet sautée spiralized zucchini on medium heat with ghee and season with Himalayan Pink Salt & Pink Peppercorn. Cook until tender. Mix in marinara, stir.

Assembly: Stuff peppers with zoodles and meatballs. Top with parmesan cheese and bake for 5-7 minutes at 350*F or until cheese is melted.
