Some people have a real hard time with some of the tips I give you here. Waxing your welder, keeping your workspace clean, putting in extra hours ect ect. The common answer for them is "my boss is a dick so fuck him" and "I'm not doing that shit for what they pay me". This is purely your ego looking for an excuse Not to do things the right way. So what if your boss was gone from the picture and you had enough money to not work? Would you do things the right way then? I think all you know that if I hit the Powerball tomorrow. I would still be up early and in the shop getting things done. Doing them the best I possible can and going the extra mile for my customers. The key is it has to come from within. You have to dig deep down and force yourself to bust ass and do things the right way. Until it becomes second nature. Put in the extra effort and go the extra mile because that's the way it should be done. If you put that road block I front of yourself because of your boss or money? That says way more about You and what you have going on inside than anything else. #jessejames
