Huge huge huge shoutout to these two guys right here!!! My nutritionist @theerikhammer thank you so much for all your help these past two years!! I literally could not have made this weight without you! You sacrificed so much, day after day, always monitoring the plan and doing research for whatever changes needed to be made when my body weight was stuck, and even recruiting the help of @drandygalpin ..it's crazy that I've been looking to see if I have a photo with either of you and in realizing I don't, I am so humbled to see that your helping me was never about an exchange or recognition but just truly serving and sacrificing. I'm so lucky not to just have worked with you both, but to have your friendship as well! ??????
