The 100m tunnel of hurdles, by @ジェシカ・エニス＝ヒル. "I usually feel nervous on the start line of the hurdles but this time I felt calm and tried to take in the atmosphere. I felt so happy to have got there. Seeing British fans and flags was lovely but as soon as they asked us to take our mark it changed. Everything evaporated for me and I had tunnel vision. It was me, the track and the hurdles.
