I'm sorry though, I would've talked about this sooner if I hadn't been so busy this past week.. ?? I had so many work events to attend and my stylists were even starting to have a hard time covering up my dark circles hahaha but I digress ? Anyway! 2020 Olympics in Tokyo! Even though that's still four years away, there are already two polls happening at the moment (for Japanese and for foreign fans).. and they're polls to decide which Japanese artist/band should sing during the opening and closing ceremonies! ?? And since I'm talking about this here on MamoDise, of course that could only mean one thing.. ? Yes Mamo is one of the artists nominated! ? In fact, a lot of other seiyuu are also in the list (such as Aoi Shouta, Suzumura Kenichi, Ono Daisuke, Hiroshi Kamiya, OLDCODEX etc).. even STARISH is included ? But they're also up against big names like ONE OK ROCK, UVERworld, GACKT etc.. so if Mamo or any of our beloved seiyuu wins, it'll definitely mean a lot to the seiyuu industry and fans ? Right now Mamo is already in the top 10 even though there are over 100 names nominated.. the last time I checked (in the foreigner poll) he was in the 7th spot with 230 votes, having more votes than UVERworld, GACKT, SMAP, Hey! Say! JUMP and other big names so he's doing amazingly well!! I think he was 13th in the Japanese poll with 2300 votes.. which is still crazy!! ? Ahem.. okay I'm getting a bit too excited.. ? I'll link you girls to a site where the entire voting process has been written in a step-by-step guide (I'll put the link in my bio) and you can only vote once per day for an artist so start doing it today!
