#throwback to one year ago today in Sardinia! ?☀️Realistically, my body hasn't changed THAT much aesthetically between then and know. I sometimes worry that my fitness journey might not be interesting enough to you guys as I'm not undergoing huge weight loss or prepping for a bodybuilding competition; but then I realise that it's ok to just do me. I am documenting how I maintain a balanced, healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Nothing extreme. In fact, my body HAS changed since last year. I've become fitter, stronger, healthier and happier in a multitude of ways... It's just that a lot of these changes have happened on the inside, and might not show on the outside. Health is so much more than how you look, it's how you feel; and progress can be internal as well as external. I hope you will continue to follow me so we can learn and grow together ?? #girlgains
