I started with the basics, from training compound movements, to understanding the processes and stimuli of muscle formation. I started to invest time in understanding the mechanics behind nutrition. I appreciated nutritional science more than ever. (This is what I am majoring in in university) Alongside metabolic repair and a weight training muscle and strength program, I have gained the muscle and weight I have on my body today. I gained an overall of 60 lbs during this process. No diet pills, fads, waist trainers, or skinny teas were used in the making. I am here today as a product of mental grit and physical execution. A full recovery IS possible, and for anyone who doubts this practicality, I will negate your doubts through my actions alone. Always grateful, never satisfied: Forever growing.
