Fighting HEAT with HEAT #eatwithstephchina [Chengdu, Sichuan] tried our hands at traditional Sichuan hotpot! My mouth went numb. Definitely the chilliest thing I've ever tried it was almost painful...with @fiafunat NB: most locals had a spicy only hotpot and that's only recommended if you can really take the heat.
