I love this photograph of my #Grandma, Lesley, who nearly sailed in The Titanic as a girl. I was lucky to live with her in #Norfolk while I grew up during those magical but difficult teenage years. She could write, draw, sculpt and dance. She wrote books, poems, illustrated theatrical programmes and spoke on the radio. She had a library of 2000 books. They were stacked on shelves on every wall and corridor. We loved each other very much and told each other so. My close friendship with all of my grandparents taught me so much that can't be found on Google or TV! If you can, spend a bit of time with the old folk; they are very enriching. ❤️??????????❤️
