Sometimes hiking isn’t all waterfalls and snow-capped peaks. Sometimes it’s a #sufferfest, and sometimes you’d give your right #Oboz for a night in a clean bed with indoor plumbing. Ambassador @elisabethontheroad recently took a trip like that. Along with @MichaelLanza and folks from @オスプレー, she headed to Death Valley for a few days of product testing. In a word: challenging. It was hot, arduous, and all around tough. There were some highlights. And Michael had a good time (check out his blog The Big Outside for his take). But Elisabeth had a rough time. And in the end she was glad for it. As she says so eloquently: "Pushing past your comfort zone is the only thing that helps you figure out what kinds of hikes and adventures are right for you. No online quiz or personality test can identify your limitations and interests; only you can.
