@thirstinhowlthe3rd, founder of the Brooklyn-based Lo Lifes, fell in love with Ralph Lauren in the '80s. Back then, he couldn't afford the brand's brightly colored polos and logo T-shirts, so he and his friends became notorious for stealing them from department stores. Today he makes his own clothes, inspired by the threads that helped define his youth.
