I loved these Cashew fruits
Amazing to see and taste it's a bit like kinda lychee but hard to explain , there also called a cashew Apple it's the fleshy part attached to the cashew nut. It's a soft fruit, rich in nutrients, and contains five times more vitamin C than an orange. It can be eaten fresh, cooked in curries, or fermented into vinegar, as well as an alcoholic drink. It is also used to make preserves, chutneys, and jams. Good times Jox X X
