The ladies over at @foodheavenshow sure know how to make a green smoothies that packs a protein punch! Plus who can resist that gorgeous green color?! Ingredients:
2 cups spinach
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
6 oz. plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup organic tofu
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Blend and enjoy!
