After months of restoration, the starship Enterprise has boldly gone back on display at our @airandspacemuseum.
The #StarTrek studio model is on view in the new #MilestonesofFlight hall, which opened Friday for the museum’s 40th birthday. Careful conservation brought the Enterprise back to what it would have looked like at the end of the second season of the original series.
It will light up three times each day for visitors—no beaming, though.
