With it a welcome and comforting wave of season's firsts in the city will wash over us; the first trip to Coney Island, the first sticky too-warm subway ride, the first time in months we head out without a "just-in-case" sweater.

I captured Coney Island during this magical time of year as the subject of one of my Day to Night images. Showing the mystical transformation of sunny beach days to sparkling summer nights at this New York landmark.
