And along the way: detours to tabloid purgatory, borderline irrelevance and “Sharknado 2.” Yet even after going Hollywood, @ビリー・レイ・サイラス has enough juice in the #countrymusic universe to carry a self-mocking series, “Still the King.” “I’m a singer-songwriter first and foremost” and not a one-hit wonder, he told @ニューヨーク・タイムズ.
