Goodnight Cartagena! Had an incredible time competing at the 2016 Pan Am Championships in the 53K class. Won Bronze in snatch with a PR 85k in comp ( my first international medal!) and 100k in the clean and 4th overall. With what we found out was a 132 heat index during our session I am so proud of how I did. It's a great step in the right direction. Thank you so much to my coaches @nightweights00 @shahin_nasirinia and Zygmunt for takin care of me in the back. I can never thank you enough for believing in me.
