Summer is coming and with it comes a dedication to healthy & wellness. For the last couple of years I've touted #bulletproof (thx @brandonjrouth) and with the help of my good friend @mo_abhat moved into the ketogenic of it all which I highly recommend. Body transformation and I feel truly amazing. Stamina, strength, skin and muscles all benefiting.
There are a ton of so called trainers in LA claiming to know how to get you there but most are just certified under the table so DM me if you want the top ones in LA that know what they are doing and actually live the regiment (not just during the day and at night swallowing everything in sight). ** some people argue #bulletproof online I'm not detailing here but do your research and know there ARE benefits bit it's not magic anything.
Me personally I do a few things as well. I play hoops, hike and zip line, Krav (thx @kravmagala) as well as tantric sex. **just seeing if you read all of that. ?- @mo_abhat
