At Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum our mission is to spread information about Ramen as Japanese food culture. We've been serving vegetable ramen here since 2004. This is rooted in the concept of bringing delicious ramen to all the different people of the world.
Year after year, the number of overseas visitors continues to rise, and with it, so has the number of visitors whose diets are limited for religious or ideological reasons. Starting on Wednesday, June 1st, 2016, we'll also start offering gluten-free ramen, in order that ramen truly be global phenomena.
