It really makes my friends & family laugh when people say 'Lucy doesn't eat enough' 'lucy looks too skinny she clearly doesn't eat' etc... I eat ALOT .. But I train a lot too! It's all about getting the balance right!
Today I had a healthy breaky & lunch then did a 6k mud run .. So I destroyed this kebab & chips for dinner!! ?????
