For those of you who don't know, I had another surgery on the same shoulder and the pillow sling is back. A few months ago at the Kentucky meet I re-dislocated my shoulder on beam, so surgery is the only option I have to get my shoulder stable again. Having it be the 3rd time around, I know the recovery will be difficult for me but I know with my amazing doctor and PT here in Texas and also my supportive friends and family, they will help me get back to where I need to be. Day 1 of recovery begins now??
