Alright. So heres the deal.

I want to be honest with you guys. I’m not going to filter some story and pretend to be something I’m not- because I know seeing “false things appearing real” is disheartening and down right frustrating. I’m also going to tell you that I love to express myself. The thing is…as fulfilling as expressing myself is, its just downright scary.

To put myself out there – on here is scary. Every time. It doesn’t get any easier.

I didn’t post last week because I didn’t feel I had anything good to share – which is silly because I always have something to share.

I was feeling stuck. I was procrastinating participating in my own life – especially on my own blog! How silly is that. Hiding in the “comfort” of not doing anything…. Yet everyday I felt pangs to share, to express, that I wanted to suppress but could no longer do, and to finish it off was this quote I came across: “Risk being seen in all your glory.”
As a naturally shy person, this one shook me right up. Why am I hiding? Why do I always hide and not want to be “seen” (to express and share) when deep down thats all I really want to do.
