I love artichokes and these were prepared with my Garlic Lovers and Garlic Herb and Salt blends and Parmesan cheese???

2 large artichokes
1 lemon
3 T bread crumbs
1/2 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
3 T olive oil
3 T finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp FlavorGod Garlic & Herb Salt
1.5 tsp FlavorGod Garlic Lovers

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine and mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, oil, parsley, & seasonings in a bowl.
Set aside.
Cut the stem of the artichoke so that it sits flat and about one inch off the top of the artichoke.
Spread open the inside and scoop out as much fuzzy stuff in the middle.
Next, use scissors and cut the tips of the artichoke petals off
Squeeze lemon juice over the top of the artichoke.
Spread open the petals and sprinkle the seasonings and parmesan mixture inside.
Sprinkle over the top of the artichoke as well.
Wrap the artichoke in aluminum foil. Bake for an hour and fifteen minutes.
Enjoy with sauce of choice.
