The #LouisVuitton Monogram was in part inspired by Japanese "Mon" emblems. Later, the Monogram would be reinterpreted by local artists such as Yayoi Kusama, Takashi Murakami and Rei Kawakubo.
Exploring the history of the Maison and its ties to Japan, the "Volez, Voguez, Voyagez – #LouisVuitton" Exhibition is now open free to the public in Kioicho.
