...I currently have a lawn full of these, but if I had to think which flower is my role model, my floral hero, I reckon it would have to be the dandelion...it appears as one of the masses, is colourfully loud and really quite annoying, but its roots are deep and its determination is staggering. It's imaginative; always thinking of new ways to survive and thrive as well as being useful...and when it turns a little bit old and grey, it completely re-invents itself and looks better than ever...just before it succumbs to the breeze...yes, if I were a flower I would definitely want to be a dandelion ?
