This week, Shannah from our course team is sharing her current, favourite essential oils! “My recent essential oil loves are English Lavender, Bergamot and Geranium – all for different reasons. Lavender is my go to when I want some down time, Bergamot is delicately uplifting and I find Geranium extremely relaxing. I’ve also recently enjoyed making my own essential oil blends for a soothing massage in the evenings, Geranium and Bergamot go especially well together.” ???
